A technique using small needles to balance energy and overall well being of the individual. Needling acupoints stimulates the release of chemical signals, hormones, change perception of pain and influence the body's internal systems. Medical Acupuncture
Medical Acupuncture
Musculoskeletal based acupuncture to reduce pain, inflammation, swelling, while increasing blood and oxygen supply to injured area to increase speed of healing - mostly treating pain and mobility. Treatment can include other modalities such as: electrical stimulation, IMS, dry needling, taping, mechanical posture recommendations as well as at home exercise therapy.

A traditional technique using glass cups are suctioned to specific areas of the body to release myofascial blood flow and facilitate the removal of toxins from the surrounding tissue.
Any patients new to cupping or have not had an initial visit with a practitioner will be required to do an initial acupuncture visit prior to booking this visit.

What to Expect on Your First Visit
What to Expect on Your First Visit
On your first visit there is a few things you should anticipate. First a introduction, brief medical history and patients concerns will be discussed.
An assessment of the patients pulse and tongue will be taken by the practitioner.
Discussion of recommendation of the course treatment that would be the most beneficial for the patient that day.
Treatment modalities are offered.
Take home info and recommendations given, along with any follow up timeline given if needed.

It is recommended to wear comfortable loose clothing
Eat before you come is recommended
Drink lots of water before and after your treatment
Be advised that you maybe laying on the treatment bed for upwards of 30 minutes​
Please note: Acupuncture Appointment lengths may vary a few minutes, as needed, to ensure appropriate time is given to each patient. Initial appointments are generally 80-90 minutes and subsequent visits 50-60 minutes.
